Sen. Russ Feingold seems determined to force a vote on his Censure measure. Many Democrats including leading democrats (Kennedy, Feinstein, Biden and Durban) would like to avoid the censure move all together.
The web activist community, Moveon.org is organizing a series of “Constitution Vigils” on Wednesday, February 22nd, to in their words "bear witness to the president’s lawbreaking."
Though Wisconsin's Senator Russ Feingold is the most vocal proponent of censuring President Bush for the use of unathorized wiretaps, Tom Harkin of Iowa and
Barbara Boxer of California are co-sponsoring the resolution.
